<Number of employees : Total : 4,730 Local : TBC Japanese : TBC Foreigner : 0 > <Report Line : TH GM > <Team Member: 100 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 100 persons > <Products: Development, production and marketing of various printed circuit boards and electronics devices for a consumer and industrial use arena > <Clients: Manufacturing > <Saturday Working: every other Saturday (twice a month) > <Position Objective/Expectation > ・Mainly responsible for PCB produce part <Job Responsibilities> ・Management and Development Production Process (build up all activity for achieve target of yield, quality, delivery and cost Improvement the process to highest performance ・Manage and control the supervisor and engineers for improve and develop operators follow company rule and keep the high attendance rate including discipline and good attitude ・Manage and control quality system (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949:2016 for production ・Manage production planning improve and develop process to keep the KPI target of the productivity controlling to reduce the loss in the process
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Industrial , Electronic, Electrical Engineering or related field ・At least 5 years of working experience in PCB business or automotive industry ・Management experience in Manufacturing (employee more than 500) ・Have knowledge of quality System : ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, IATF16949:2016 ・Conversational middle level in English <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・High motivation to improve ・Experience in Japanese company ・Able to communicate in Japanese ・Good in relationship and coordination skill
