About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for production control in new factory at Myanmar (on process)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan & Actual control counteraction for Fundamental cause and issues
Helping JP manager for set up new factory
Being responsible for coordination and completion of the project by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring project progress
Reviewing production, quality control and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities
Planning, developing and implementing new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of workforce and materials
Recruiting new staff (Myanmar)
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male, age 30-40 years
Bachelor degree in Science, Food science, or other related fields
5-10 years of working experience in R & D position
Experience in food manufacturer
Good command of English and Japanese (at least N3)
Able to go to Myanmar
Strong self-motivated and energetic person
Excellent interpersonal skill
Detail oriented

Preferable:
Interested in waste water treatment business

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level

Workplace Area: Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Pathum Thani
Working Hour: 08:00 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
