Production Manager (Food) @Pathum Thani (70K-90K) (SDG-38912) <Job Responsibilities> Manage and control manufacturing performance to achieve annual operation plan, service, quality and area of cost control Lead manufacturing team to ensure people capability and growth that matches to business requirements Ensure safety and environmental under plant operations to meet standards and norms. Develop manufacturing strategy that support Operation Plan and business growth plan. Ensure executable plan development and team execution including Operations capability and new initiatives of products expansion plan. Control product quality to achieve target Maximize in machine efficiency and utilization Deliver Environmental sustainability initiatives included energy and water consumption. Ensure manufacturing meet standard Institute Health & Safety mandates Own the Injury Frequency, Lost time and its operational tasks. Own the Plant Productivity and its operational tasks. Ensure the sufficient resources for plant operation by right structure, people capability and empower. Join with QA /CA to support for customer complaint evaluation/ actions. Ensure plant operation to meet local Legal and regulatory.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 38-45 years old Bachelor degree in Science, Food science, Engineer or other related fields 8-10 years of working experience in R & D or production position Experience in food manufacturer Good command of English Strong self-motivated and energetic person Excellent interpersonal skill Detail oriented <Preferable Skill / Experience> Have car and driving license Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Navanakorn, Pathum Thani Working Hour: 8:00-17:30 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 70,000–90,000THB About the company Products: Instant Noodles Business Type: Food / Beverages
