Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets. - Ensure compliance with customer’s requirements, safety, quality, and environmental standards. - Supervise, coach, and develop production staff to maximize performance and maintain high team morale. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor production costs, control waste, and improve resource efficiency. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity. - Prepare and analyze production reports and propose solutions for performance gaps. - Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to prevent downtime. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in related fields. - At least 7 years experience in Production or Production Engineering in Manufacturing field - Expereince as Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Manager with subordinates - Experience background or education in Chemistry - Conversational Middle level of English (Mainly documents, coordinate with customers, audit process) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Education background in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry - Strong experience in Chemical related production - Being Manager level - Japanese language ability
