Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations to meet targets and schedules. - Monitor and control production processes to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications. - Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and maintenance departments to resolve production issues. - Optimize manpower utilization, materials, and machinery to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in the workplace. - Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying areas for improvement. - Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals. Manage inventory levels and support procurement planning. - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering - At least 5 years of experience in Production Engineer in a Manufacturing company ( prefer in Automotive industry) - At least 3 years managing team members or subordinates. - Conversational-middle in English (For e-mail and documents) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Proficient in ERP and production control systems - Proficient in basic computer programs - Ability to read technical drawings and understand electronic product specifications - Experience in team management - Experience in quality control activities (QC) and quality and environment management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 - Skills in production planning, personnel management, and cost control - Experience of production line supervision at a supervisor or manager level - Can join immediately or with a short period of notice - Conversational middle level of English language skills (for email/documentation) <Personality> - A sociable person who can communicate effectively with external clients
