Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee and manage the entire manufacturing process at the production site - Supervise and manage production staffs - Provide clear instructions and leadership on the shop floor to ensure smooth daily operations - Manage production scheduling, manpower allocation, and workflow optimization - Handle production cost calculation and basic cost control - Coordinate and communicate with Japanese managers and headquarters in Japan - Support reporting and daily communication with Japanese stakeholders in English - Ensure stable production operations - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary skill/experience> - At least 5 years' experience as production engineer and production control in manufacturing company - At least 2-year experience in management tasks (not care the size of management, but at least assistant manager or leader level is required) - Conversational middle to high level of English (For Communication with overseas location mainly from Japan) - Person who doesn't hesitate to communicate with clients' side <Preferable skill/experience> - Experience in Automobile industry - Experience in ISO 9001, 14001 - Communicate with clients about complaints issues
