<Number of employees : Total : 24 Local : 20 Japanese : 4 Foreigner : None > <Report Line : JP line manager> <Team Member: 13 members > <Number of Subordinates: 12 members > <Products: Rolled steel plate and Rolled steel sheet > <Clients: Automotive parts manufacturing, especially pressed steel parts> <Saturday Working: 6-10 days per year. It depends on business calendar> <Job Description> Main duty : Do not have to do planning for this position. Overall production process and manage other staff at production site to follow plan, keep good quality of production ・Overview production process and check whether it's followed schedule or not ・Analyze and manage production control activities to improve all process and run time ・Manage cost of production, material and also control quality of products by coordinating with QA team ・Check the machine productivity and maintain it ・Take responsibility for safety of factory site ・Train staffs in production line and supervise their daily work, working process ・Other task as MD assign *They have an interpreter, so she/he can support when communicate with Japanese staffs.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Have bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relate fields. ・At least 5 year’s working experience as production management or production control in coil center or metal pressed automotive parts manufacturing company. ・Used to work as at least supervisor level before ・Strong leadership to control production staffs ・Advance conversation middle level in English ・Be able to commute to work by themselves
