Production Manager (60K-90K) (SDG-76402) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต <Job Responsibilities> *The Factory is be set up in this year, so company expect this position to set up company system and organization with Japanese Managers. - Discuss plan of setting up production line with Japanese managers - Coordinate with the Japanese headquarter about production line and plan - Develop and implement production plans - Ensure the production line according to the regulations - Conduct audits and other controls by the authorities - Obtain and maintain ISO22000 certification - Negotiate and contract with suppliers - Manage and optimize each step by discussing with each team leader - Evaluate each staff - Report daily process to Japanese Manager in English - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 35-45 years old - Bachelor’s degree - At least 3 years’ experience of production management in Food/Beverage industry - At least 1 year experience in manager level - Good knowledge about GHPs (GMP)/HACCP/ISO - Conversational high level of English (Communicate with Japanese) - Person who is proactive to support beyond assigned job responsibility <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Conversational high level of Japanese - Experience of setting up the organization for the factory - Experience in take care Chicken product Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Nong Khae, Saraburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri (Sat: Every other Saturday)) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–90,000THB About the company Product & Service: A manufacturing of chicken product Business Type: Food / Beverages

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต (60K-90K) (SDG-76402) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> *โรงงานตั้งขึ้นในปีนี้ ดังนั้นบริษัทคาดว่าตำแหน่งนี้จะตั้งระบบและองค์กรของบริษัทกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น - หารือเกี่ยวกับแผนการตั้งสายการผลิตกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น - ประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่ของญี่ปุ่นเกี่ยวกับสายการผลิตและแผน - พัฒนาและดำเนินการตามแผนการผลิต - ดูแลไลน์การผลิตให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบ - ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและการควบคุมอื่น ๆ โดยหน่วยงาน - รับและรักษาใบรับรอง ISO22000 - เจรจาและทำสัญญากับซัพพลายเออร์ - จัดการและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพแต่ละขั้นตอนโดยพูดคุยกับหัวหน้าทีมแต่ละคน - ประเมินพนักงานแต่ละคน - รายงานกระบวนการรายวันต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 35-45 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการจัดการการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร/เครื่องดื่ม - มีประสบการณ์ระดับผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 1 ปี - มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ GHPs (GMP)/HACCP/ISO เป็นอย่างดี - สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสูง (สื่อสารกับภาษาญี่ปุ่น) - ผู้ที่มีความกระตือรือร้นในการสนับสนุนเกินกว่าความรับผิดชอบที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - สนทนาภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสูง - ประสบการณ์การจัดตั้งองค์กรสำหรับโรงงาน - มีประสบการณ์ดูแลผลิตภัณฑ์ไก่ ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน หนองแค สระบุรี เวลาทำการ: 8:00-17:00 น.
