Manufacturing Manager
(50K – 70K) (SDG-75690)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage their production line and man power (including training subordinates)
• Control manufacturing cost
• Make a plan to produce their products efficiently
• Control budget ( Fixed Cost/Variable Cost ) and Investment / CAPEX Planning
• Report to JP GM in English
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-50 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Conversational middle level of English
• At least 5 years working experience as a Manufacturing manager (for over 400 subordinates) in manufacturing industry
• Have knowledge and experienced of budgeting :Fixed Cost/Variable Cost) and Investment/ CAPEX Planning
• Not Job hopper
• Have working experience in Japanese company is preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Saturday working average once in a month)

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดการสายการผลิตและกำลังคน (รวมถึงการฝึกอบรมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา)
• ควบคุมต้นทุนการผลิต
• วางแผนการผลิตสินค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ควบคุมงบประมาณ ( ต้นทุนคงที่/ต้นทุนผันแปร ) และการลงทุน / การวางแผน CAPEX
• รายงานต่อผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 40-50 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายการผลิต (สำหรับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชากว่า 400 คน) ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
• มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านงบประมาณ : ต้นทุนคงที่/ต้นทุนผันแปร) และการลงทุน/ การวางแผน CAPEX
• ไม่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

เวลาทำงาน : 08.00-17.00 น. (จันทร์-ศุกร์ เสาร์ ทำงานเฉลี่ยเดือนละครั้ง)
