Production Supervisor - Manager
(30K – 80K) (SDG-59918)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for plastic injection parts production process
• To manage workers to improve quality, production efficiency
• To deal with client to get feedback of product's quality and solve any quality related problems
• Visit clients and trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure for customers to reduce problems
• Prepare inspection standard for customer approval
• Updating Quality instructions/procedures for specific quality checkpoints
• Coordinate with QC team which takes care internal inspection of production line in order to meet with client's quality expectation
• Other tasks as assigned by factory manager
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering
• At least 3 years experience as production control in plastic injection parts manufacturer toward automotive
• At least 3 years management experience toward workers
• Having experience of small-middle size of plastic injection parts (injection machine 20t-100t)
• Having experience of handling IATF16949
• Advanced conversational low level of English
• Able to communicate in Japanese is preferable
• Having experience of vertical plastic injection machine is preferable

Working Hour: 7:50-16:50(Mon-Fri Saturday Working: 1 times per Month *No night shift for this position)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รับผิดชอบกระบวนการผลิตชิ้นส่วนฉีดพลาสติก
•ในการจัดการคนงานเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
•เพื่อจัดการกับลูกค้าเพื่อรับข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ
•เยี่ยมลูกค้าและแก้ไขปัญหาโดยการวิเคราะห์และจัดทำมาตรการตอบโต้สำหรับลูกค้าเพื่อลดปัญหา
•จัดทำมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบเพื่อขออนุมัติจากลูกค้า
•การอัปเดตคำแนะนำ / ขั้นตอนคุณภาพสำหรับจุดตรวจคุณภาพเฉพาะ
•ประสานงานกับทีม QC ที่ดูแลการตรวจสอบภายในสายการผลิตเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามที่ลูกค้าคาดหวังไว้
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการโรงงานมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-35 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการควบคุมการผลิตในผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนฉีดพลาสติกที่มีต่อยานยนต์
•ประสบการณ์การบริหารงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีต่อคนงาน
•มีประสบการณ์ชิ้นส่วนฉีดพลาสติกขนาดเล็ก - กลาง (เครื่องฉีด 20t-100t)
•มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการ IATF16949
•สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษขั้นสูงระดับต่ำ
•สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้เป็นที่ต้องการ
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องฉีดพลาสติกแนวตั้งจะดีกว่า
