Production Manager (80K-100K) (SDG-50858) <Job Responsibilities> Manage and control manufacturing performance under GMP, HACCP to achieve annual operation plan, service, quality and area of cost control Lead the manufacturing team to ensure people capability and growth that matches business requirements Ensure safety and environmental under plant operations to meet standards and norms. Develop a manufacturing strategy that supports Operation Plan and business growth plan. Transfer products, spend time in Japanese lab and /or parent company to Thai plant. Ensure executable plan development and team execution including Operations capability and new initiatives of the product expansion plan. Control product quality to achieve the target Maximize in machine efficiency and utilization Deliver Environmental sustainability initiatives included energy and water consumption. Ensure manufacturing meet standard Own Plant Productivity and its operational tasks. Ensure sufficient resources for plant operation by right structure, people capability, and empowerment. Join with QA /QC/Supply Chain to support for customer complaint evaluation/ actions. Ensure plant operation to meet local legal and regulatory.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male, age 40-50 years old Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemical Technology or related fields Minimum 10 years of Production management of food, Biotechnology or relevant experience. Minimum 5 years of managing experience(improve KPI) Have an extensive experience in the development of fermentation at manufacturing scale. Good knowledge background in GMP&HACCP would be advantaged. Good leadership and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills Conversational high level of English (Equivalent to TOEIC 600 ) <Preferable Skill / Experience> Good knowledge about Kosher and Halal.
