Job Description
<Job Responsibilities EN> - Manage daily production operations to achieve production targets and KPIs - Ensure compliance with safety standards and Japanese corporate policies - Control production cost and improve operational efficiency - Lead and supervise production supervisors and line leaders - Strengthen discipline and workplace organization (5S) - Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives - Analyze production data and implement corrective and preventive actions - Report production performance regularly to Japanese management - Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams - Support manpower planning, training, and development of local staff - Manage production planning adjustments in response to customer demand changes - Maintaining ISO9001,ISO14 001 and ISO45001
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field - At least 5 years of experience in Production management in the electronics parts industry - At least 3 years of management experience - Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards - Conversational Middle of English (Document, Report) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience of working at Japanese companies - Be able to speak Japanese - Experience of working with switch or relay products
