Production Manager (60K – 85K) (SDG-106829) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต Duties & Responsibilities: • Create a plan, control, and standardize production. • Control production line runs smoothly. • Responsible for Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, Cost down project. • Coordinate monthly production workflow for every product. • Solve the problem that happens in production line. • Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. • Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. • Assign workers and other staff to production operations. • Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget. • Other tasks as assigned. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: • จัดทำแผน, ควบคุม, และสร้างมาตรฐานการผลิต • ควบคุมสายการผลิตให้ทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น • รับผิดชอบ Kaizen, Productivity, ระบบบำรุงรักษา, ควบคุมงบประมาณ, โครงการลดต้นทุน • ประสานงานขั้นตอนการผลิตรายเดือนสำหรับทุกผลิตภัณฑ์ • แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิต • วางแผนและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อให้มั่นใจถึงประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดและความล่าช้าน้อยที่สุด • กำหนดกำลังคน, อุปกรณ์, และวัตถุดิบที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้ครอบคลุมความต้องการในการผลิต • มอบหมายให้พนักงานและพนักงานอื่น ๆ ปฏิบัติงานด้านการผลิต • ตรวจสอบงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่างานจะเสร็จตรงเวลาและภายในงบประมาณ • งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 40-45 years • Any gender • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field • Have working experience at least 10 years about Production Control in any manufacturing industry • Have management experience at least 4 years as Production Manager in Japanese manufacturing industry • Must have experience in project improvement (Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, Cost down project) • Have strong management experience, must control subordinate more than 100 people • Conversational middle-high level of English • Not job hopper • Having working experience in Production Control in manufacturing of diapers, napkin, wet tissue is preferable. • Well-versed in Quality Standard (GMP, HALAL) is preferable.
