Production Manager (80K-120K) (JO-180528-163530)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan & Actual control counteraction for Fundamental cause and issues
Being responsible for coordination and completion of the project by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring project progress
Reviewing production, quality control and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities
Planning, developing and implementing new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of workforce and materials
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male/Female, 40-50 years old
Bachelor Degree in Chemical or any related
At least 10 years’ experience in manufacturing with at least 3 years at management level
Strong knowledge of processes related equipment such as DCS system / technical background in chemical process related sector.
Have experience in implementation of ISO9001 & ISO14001
Familiar with Japanese organization management such as 5S, Kaizen, TQM/TPM
Strong leadership, good personality, service-minded, enthusiastic and hard working
Associate Engineer license (ภาคีวิศวกรขึ้นไป)
Languages skills
English: Business Level

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
