Work outline: Work as a Production manager in Metal parts manufacturing Division
(Press molded parts: Stainless steel Aluminum)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for managing production line in according with customer requirements of delivery schedule and production process plan from production engineering team
Ø Manage and lead daily activity of employees (20-40 staffs) in Production department.
Ø Control and maintain production line in order to keep quality and meet production schedule
Ø Improve production line operation to increase productivity
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 35-40 yrs.
Ø Bachelor’s degree of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer or related
Ø At least 5 years’ experience as a production manager in metal processing industry for steel, aluminum, stainless etc.
Ø Knowledge of metal stamping, CNC tapping machine and Anodizing process
Ø Knowledge of ISO9001, TS16949, 5S, Safety, Problem Analysis
Ø Experience in managing a team / leadership skill
Preferable:
Ø Have Japanese language skill
Language skills:
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:00-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
