Work outline: Responsible for production control in new factory at Myanmar (on process)
(Plan) Training in Thailand for 1 year and go to new factory in Myanmar around 3 - 5 year (Company provide accommodation)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Plan & Actual control counteraction for Fundamental cause and issues
Ø Helping JP manager for set up new factory
Ø Being responsible for coordination and completion of the project by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring project progress
Ø Reviewing production, quality control and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities
Ø Planning, developing and implementing new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of workforce and materials
Ø Recruiting new staff (Myanmar)
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, male only, 30-40 years.
Ø Bachelor degree in Science, Food science, or other related fields
Ø 5-10 years of working experience in R & D position
Ø Experience in food manufacturer
Ø Good command of English
Ø Able to go to Myanmar
Ø Strong self-motivated and energetic person
Ø Excellent interpersonal skill
Ø Detail oriented
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Navanakorn Industrial Estate Pathum Thani
Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 80,000 THB
