<Number of employees : Total : 565 Local :560 Japanese : 5 > <Report Line : Japanese GM > <Team Member: Around 300 people > <Number of Subordinates: Whole production members > <Products: Fabric products for air-bag > <Clients: Automotive > <Saturday Working: Average once in a month> <Position objective > Manage whole production area and improve productivity, organization, production line <Job Responsibilities> ・Promote to work efficiency and make to work plan in production area ・Manage and control overall operation of the production line. ・Maintain standard and improve productivity ・Analyze the causes of NG and consider and implement NG countermeasures ・Manage own members to keep operation advancing to meet the production target. ・Report to Production Manager and Japanese manager about result of production line ・Prepare monthly and yearly production plan ・Solve the problems in production by cooperating with other members ・Educate and train new members by giving proper introduction and advise ・Secure plant safety, environment and promote 5S activity ・Other task might be assigned by Japanese manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree from Engineer or production control related filed. - At least 10 years working experience as production line in Japanese or Foreign affiliated automobile or Fiber factory - At least 3years as manager level in over 300members factory - Have knowledge and experienced of budgeting(Fixed Cost/Variable Cost) and Investment / CAPEX Planning <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work in Japanese big manufacturing company - Conversational middle level of English - strong leader ship and high logicality personality : Responsibility and high coaching skills to subordinate
