Production Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create a plan, control, and standardize of production.
• Control production line run smoothly.
• Responsible for Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, Cost down project.
• Coordinate monthly production workflow for every products.
• Solve the problem that happen in production line.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-45 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Have working experience at least 10 years about Production Control in any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 5 years as Production Assistant Manager (have more than 200 subordinates) in Japanese manufacturing industry
• Have working experience about Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, Cost down project.
• Conversational middle level of English
• Have working experience about Production Control in manufacturing of diaper, napkin, wet tissue is preferable.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• สร้างแผน ควบคุม และสร้างมาตรฐานการผลิต
• ควบคุมสายการผลิตให้ทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น
• รับผิดชอบ Kaizen, Productivity, ระบบบำรุงรักษา, ควบคุมงบประมาณ, โครงการ Cost down
• ประสานงานขั้นตอนการผลิตรายเดือนสำหรับทุกผลิตภัณฑ์
• แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิต
• วางแผนและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของการดำเนินงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดและความล่าช้าขั้นต่ำ
• กำหนดกำลังคน อุปกรณ์ และวัตถุดิบที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้ครอบคลุมความต้องการในการผลิต
• มอบหมายคนงานและพนักงานคนอื่น ๆ ให้กับการดำเนินการผลิตเฉพาะ
• ตรวจสอบงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าจะเสร็จทันเวลาและภายในงบประมาณ
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 40-45 ปี
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 10 ปีเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต (มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชามากกว่า 200 คน) ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตของญี่ปุ่น
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ Kaizen, Productivity, ระบบบำรุงรักษา, ควบคุมงบประมาณ, โครงการ Cost down
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ Production Control ในการผลิตผ้าอ้อม ผ้าเช็ดปาก กระดาษทิชชู่เปียก จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
