Production Leader (Welding Process) @Rayong (28K-30K) (SDG-23380) <Job Responsibilities> Do production planning of welding process by putting correct manpower, and control, organize all welding production process Make a production plan of welding process by using Excel sheet Check the production capability of welding robot, make production schedule to prevent delay Put the correct manpower in each line for both day shift and night shift Assign task to sub leader to manage production at the site, solve any problem together Coordinate with safety team, production control team, QA team for any issues which is related them Negotiate with team members to generate ideas and clarify specifications and resolves disputes between team members for the production process. Control and handle the production process and ensure product system to be quality requirements Handle production process to work on time by production schedule with good quality. Solve problems and maintain standardization of production process Motivating a team of production team and workers, reviewing worker performance. Continuously do KAIZEN activity in welding process section Ensure operation of equipment by coordinating with maintenance team Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard, Rayong Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(Saturday Working: 1-2 times per month) About the Benefits Salary: 28,000–30,000THB About the company Products: Anti-vibration metal parts manufacturing Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-43 years old Bachelor’s degree in engineer field At least 7 years’ experience in production process of manufacturing Have experience to work in Welding process Used to work in senior, supervisor or leader level to manage 1 production section, make production plan of 1 section Basic level of English Be able to commute to work by themselves] <Preferable Skill / Experience> Good command of English Used to handle welding robot and has knowledge of programming Languages skills English: Basic Level Japanese: None
