Production Junior Manager @Chachoengsao (40K-47K)

Work outline: Be responsible for managing production process and manufacturing for both existing model and new model
Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning and organizing production schedule and line
Manage and oversee production line and production process
Manage cost of tooling and equipment of production line
Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy
Make a plan for training, monthly action and manpower
Keep and implement ISO standard
Review and continuously improve production process and line to enhance productivity
Supervising the work of junior staff, planning training and evaluation for all staff in factory
Respond to audit from client
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, Male/Female, Age 33-38 years old
Bachelor's degree in production engineering or other engineer related field
At least 5-7 years production experiences in manufacturing company, used to supervise a team before
Working experiences in automotive or automotive parts manufacturing company
Has knowledge of IATF16949, ISO14001(latest version) and 5S
Good communication skill with customers, suppliers etc.
Preferable:
Strong leadership and management skill
Be able to read drawing and use CAD (2D/3D)
Languages skills
English: Daily Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Company Bus in Chachoengsao
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri) *Saturday working: It depends on project (around 4-5 days/ year)
About the Benefit
Salary: Base: 40,000 - 47,000 THB
