Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Production Management - Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production plans are met. - Monitor output, productivity, and performance KPIs. - Ensure optimal allocation of manpower, materials, and machinery. 2. Strategic Planning & Process Improvement Develop and implement production strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Lead continuous improvement, Lean, and Kaizen initiatives. Evaluate and optimize production workflow, layout, and processes. 3. Quality Assurance - Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications. - Work closely with Quality teams to resolve defects and improve quality systems. - Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 4. Inventory & Resource Control - Coordinate with procurement and supply chain for material planning. - Monitor inventory levels and minimize production downtime. - Ensure effective utilization of equipment and resources. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to support production needs. - Support ERP or manufacturing system implementations and upgrades. - Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering - At least 10 years of experience in Production engineer, Factory Manager in a Manufacturing company prefer Electronic/Machine/Air Conditioner - At least 5 years in Managing Director level - Conversation High level in Japanese (JLPT N2, to communicate with Japanese management and headquater/Responsible for documents and Report as well) - Conversation low in English (For e-mail and documents) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Proficient in ERP and production control systems
