<Number of employees : Total : 800 Local : 786 Japanese : 14 > <Report Line : Japanese Plant Manager, Age 50s years old > <Team Member: around more than 100 persons> <Number of Subordinates: more than 100 persons> <Products: Tools for agricultural work Gardening and others > <Clients: Thai Dealers> <Saturday Working: once a month (Depend on company calendar)> <Job Responsibilities> ・Optimize/configure processes and equipment for building surface mount electronics assemblies. ・Perform design of experiments (DOE) to launch new models and optimize SMT process yield. ・Specify equipment and process requirements for PCBA build processes. ・Perform process development and validation on new models in extremely aggressive timelines. ・Lead efforts to uncover root-cause and develop a permanent resolution on issues found during pre-production. ・Ensure the successful transition of products from development to volume production.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field ・Have working experience at least 10 years about Production engineer in any manufacturing industry ・Have management experience at least 5 years as Production Manager in any manufacturing industry ・Have working experience in Japanese big scale company (more than 500 employees) ・Not job hopper ・Advance conversation high level of English ・Able to use Microsoft program
