Production Engineering Junior Manager @Chachoengsao

Work outline: Be responsible for managing production engineering activity to launch new model
Duties & Responsibilities:
Control the schedule for each process of new model production
Prepare the each process's equipment, material, jig condition
Control the other group’s job progress (with Sales, Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing mainly)
Prepare and monitoring the production control plan
Prepare and monitoring the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
prepare and analysis the P-FMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
Mass production trial
Analysis the trouble in the past
Manage subordinators in production engineer team
Solve the problem regarding for launch for new model
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, Male/Female, Age 33-38 years old
Bachelor's degree in production engineering or other engineer related field
At least 5-7 years production engineering experiences in manufacturing company, used to supervise a team before
Working experiences in automotive or automotive parts manufacturing company
Has knowledge of IATF16949, ISO14001(latest version) and 5S
Good communication skill with customers, suppliers etc.
Be able to read drawing of CAD (2D/3D)
Preferable:
Strong leadership and management skill
Languages skills
English: Daily Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Company Bus in Chachoengsao
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri) *Saturday working: It depends on project (around 4-5 days/ year)
About the Benefit
Salary: Base: 40,000 - 47,000 THB
