Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing the operation to ensure the operations progress accurately
Responsible for planning and organizing technical engineering related activities
Coordinating cross-functionally with other department in order to identify the improvable point and propose development project
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
Determining quality control standards and overseeing production processes
Supervising the work of junior staff
Designing new system and process and coordinating with other departments
Managing the policy of all sections
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Minimum Requirements
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 35-50
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in Production Engineering/Management
Experience in Managerial Level is a must
Good command of English and Japanese (JLPT N3)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Japanese Manufacturing Companies
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area:Bangbor
Working Hour:MON – FRI 8:00 – 17.00
