Production Engineer
(25K – 38K) (SDG-5719)
วิศวกรการผลิต
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Investigate, analyze , improvement and resolve technical issues about the quality of products to meet the requirements.
• Investigate, the new products to be effective and meet customer requirements and respond production requests.
• Investigate and design Jig & Die for new model.
• Analyze, estimate all document of Engineering concerned and establish process flow for new model.
• Prepare and provide the information for new products.
• Check the drawing from customers.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-34 years
• Male only
• Bachelor Degree in Industrial , Chemical or Mechanical Engineering related fields
• 2 years experiences as Production Engineer in Automotive industry is a must
• Has experience dealing with the painting / laminating / Autoclave/ Trim&Milling / Bonding / Assembly / Cure / Demolding process.
• Advance conversational high in English
• Ba able to use AutoCAD 2D and 3D
• Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to use computer as well and Internet application.
• Business Level of English
• Has TOEIC Certificate

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Every other Saturday)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ตรวจสอบวิเคราะห์ปรับปรุงและแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
•ตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้าและตอบสนองการร้องขอการผลิต
•ตรวจสอบและออกแบบ Jig & Die สำหรับรุ่นใหม่
•วิเคราะห์ประเมินเอกสารทั้งหมดของวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องและสร้างผังกระบวนการสำหรับแบบจำลองใหม่
•จัดเตรียมและให้ข้อมูลสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
•ตรวจสอบภาพวาดจากลูกค้า
•ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 27-34 ปี
•ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการเคมีหรือเครื่องกล
•ต้องมีประสบการณ์ 2 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
•มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการพ่นสี / เคลือบ / Autoclave / Trim & Milling / Bonding / Assembly / Cure / Demolding
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• Ba สามารถใช้ AutoCAD 2D และ 3D
•ทักษะการเป็นผู้นำและความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน
•ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมอินเทอร์เน็ต
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจจพชะดีมาก
•มีใบรับรอง TOEICจะดีมาก
