Production engineer (Welding Process)
(27K – 30K) (SDG-74050)
วิศวกรการผลิต (กระบวนการเชื่อม)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design jig for welding process by welding robot
• Assemble programming of welding robot
• Check the production capability of welding robot, make production schedule to prevent delay
• Control and handle the production process and ensure product system to be quality requirements
• Handle production process to work on time by production schedule with good quality.
• Solve problems and maintain standardization of production process
• Perform other tasks as assign by JP Manager, Production assistant Manager
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-39 years
• Have Diploma or Bachelor in engineer field
• At least 5 years’ experience in Welding process of automotive manufacturing using welding robot
• Have knowledge of programming of welding robot
• Be able to read and write in English (Basic level)
• Be able to commute to work by themselves
Languages skills
• English : Basic
• Japanese : None
• Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate
• Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(Saturday Working : 1-2 times per month on average *It depends on business calendar)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ออกแบบจิ๊กสำหรับกระบวนการเชื่อมโดยหุ่นยนต์เชื่อม
• ประกอบโปรแกรมหุ่นยนต์เชื่อม
• ตรวจสอบความสามารถในการผลิตของหุ่นยนต์เชื่อม จัดทำตารางการผลิต เพื่อป้องกันความล่าช้า
• ควบคุมและจัดการกระบวนการผลิตและดูแลให้ระบบผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพ
• จัดการกระบวนการผลิตให้ทำงานตรงเวลาตามกำหนดการผลิตที่มีคุณภาพดี
• แก้ไขปัญหาและรักษามาตรฐานกระบวนการผลิต
• ทำงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น, ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 30-39 ปี
• มีอนุปริญญาหรือปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในกระบวนการเชื่อมของการผลิตยานยนต์โดยใช้หุ่นยนต์เชื่อม
• มีความรู้การเขียนโปรแกรมหุ่นยนต์เชื่อม
• สามารถอ่านเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ (ระดับพื้นฐาน)
• สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานเองได้

• ภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี
• พื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน : นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอีสเทิร์นซีบอร์ด
• เวลาทำงาน: 8:00-17:10 น. (วันเสาร์ทำงาน : 1-2 ครั้งต่อเดือนโดยเฉลี่ย *ขึ้นอยู่กับปฏิทินธุรกิจ)
