Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To plan and produce schedules to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines - To manage machine utilization and mold setup for efficiency and cost effectiveness - To oversee the daily operations of production to ensure smooth and efficient workflow - To monitor production output, ensuring compliance with quality standards and KPIs - To take corrective actions when required - To ensure that all molding activities are carried out safely - To ensure that all processes comply with environmental and safety policies - To control production costs and ensure the use of manpower, materials, and equipment - To supervise, coach, and motivate the production team to achieve performance targets - To review employee performance, identify training needs, and provide skill development - To work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) and cross-functional teams - To implement company policies and production goals - To ensure adherence to quality and environmental policies - To support continuous improvement initiatives - To participate in activities for the prevention and control of environmental and safety risks. - Other tasks as assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, or any related Engineering field - At least 10 years of experience in the Plastic Molding and Injection Production only - At least 7 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Management experience with 5 subordinates up - Experience with Mold Setup, Machine Calibration, and Process Optimization - Experience in Production Cost Control - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with Hong Kong CFO and reports, emails, and other documents) - Familiarity with quality standards and certification ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc. <In Details> - Strong technical knowledge in injection molding and plastic manufacturing processes - Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Plastic for the Automotive or Electronics Industry - Experience in Mold Flow Analysis Software - Familiarity with CAD, or other Engineering Programs
