Production Engineer Manager (65K – 70K) (SDG-55283) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต Duties & Responsibilities: • Receive requirement from headquarter. • Set up an action plan to improve quality and support and drive the team to improve quality. • Root cause analysis and find solution to report quality problems to report line. • Managing new model project team and training usage of equipment in production process. • Supervise subordinates to ensure that their duties and assignments meet or exceed expectations. • Supervise department performance including the correctness of the document system. • Control KPI plans and follow up to achieve the company's goals. Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 40-50 years • Male only • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineer or related field. • At least 10 years experience about production control or production planning in automotive parts manufacturing. • At least 3 years management experience and able to work under pressure. • New model experience in automotive field. • Able to prepare ISO9001, AS9001,IATF16949 ,PPAP, PFMEA, APQP document. • Able to use MS-Office programs and internet. • Advance conversational high to speak, read, and write English(TOEIC 500 up) or Japanese • Be able to use Auto CAD 2D or Rhino 3D Rhino CAM • Be able to use CNC machine (Brand : OKK) with G-code/M-code skill • Be able to use Cutting Machine (Brand :Shima seiki) • Knowledge of CMM Machine, Laser Tracker, Layout Machine , Micro scope, and DSC • Business Level of English is preferable Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Saha Industrial Park Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Every Saturday (Company Calendar)) About the Benefit • Salary: 65,000–70,000THB • Social Insurance • Accidental and Health Insurance • Provident Fund • Uniform • Monetary assistance About the company • Business Type: Manufacturing • Products: Automobile Parts
