<Number of employees: Total: 770 Local: 762 Japanese: 8 > <Report Line: Thai Manager > <Team Member: 60 persons *Surface department> <Number of Subordinates: 40-50 *Depend on skill> <Products: ： Metal pressing mold, Metal parts for electric appliances, OA equipment and automobiles, Surface **This is a new business> <Clients: Aoutmobile, Appliances OEM company> <Saturday Working: every other Saturday> <Position Objective/Expectation > - Be able to lead the department while managing subordinates as the leader or SV level of the production engineer in the Surface department <Job Responsibilities> - Prepare the production planning according to the orders - Ensure quality, cost effective and labor - Control the quality to keep product standards and ISO - Make sure that products are produced on time - Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operation - Maintenance equipment or machine - Monitor safety working - Work night shift (Day and night shifts change every two weeks. (Night shift from 20:00 to 4:40)) - Other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in any Chemical fields - Knowledge and experience related to Surface Mount Technology - At least 5 years experience as production engineer in any manufacturing company - At least 1 year experience in management - Not job hopper - Be able to work night shift (Day and night shifts change every two weeks. (Night shift from 20:00 to 4:40)) - Conversational middle level English <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Person who can commute or relocate to Chacheongsao
