Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> [Production] - Analyze and improve the production process (Process Improvement). - Reduce scrap/waste and increase productivity. - Analyze problems in the production line (Root Cause Analysis). - Monitor and control KPIs such as OEE and Yield Rate. - Prepare Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures. [Maintenance] - Plan and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities. - Troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns. - Analyze the root cause of machine downtime and prepare reports. - Control and manage spare parts inventory. - Coordinate with suppliers in case of machine issues or technical support.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields) Candidate A or B can apply - (A) At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production environments (HVAC,Ventilation, Duct, Aircon ditioning, Cooiling Tower, Chiller etc.) - (B) Fresh grad with direct internship expereince are welcome - Conversation Middle in English (for daily communication, report and e-mail) - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD - Understanding of PM (Preventive Maintenance) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) systems. <Personality> - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot machine problems. -Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively <Preferable Skill / Experience> - PLC will be an advantage. .
