Production Engineer (Chief Engineer/Engineering Specialist) (40K–60K) (SDG-103377) วิศวกรฝ่ายผลิต (หัวหน้าวิศวกร/ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านวิศวกรรม) <Job responsibilities> - Control, develop, and improve production processes and products to meet quality and reliability required by parent company and customer standards. - Analyze causes of problems and abnormalities in the production process to improve production efficiency and enhance product quality. - Report the production process to report line in English - Prevent the defected case that might happen in production processes - Other tasks will assigned by report line <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ควบคุม พัฒนา และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตและผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีคุณภาพและความน่าเชื่อถือตามที่บริษัทแม่และลูกค้ากำหนด - วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาและความผิดปกติในกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและเพิ่มคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ - รายงานขั้นตอนการผลิตเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ - ป้องกันกรณีชำรุดที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต - งานอื่นๆ จะได้รับมอบหมายตามสายรายงาน
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Photonics, Optics, Physics, Optical Engineering, or related fields with at least 1-2 years experiences in related work. - Master's Degree in Electrical Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Photonics, Optics, Physics, Optical Engineering with no work experience are welcome. - Conversational high level of English and Japanese (Used for internal and external communication, Presentation, and Report). <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Research experience or experience as a research assistant (in related topics/fields) - Have Coding Skill Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : Conversational Workplace Area: U-Thai, Ayutthaya Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday (Saturday working: according to company calendar, 1 day for this year) (have WFH policy but need to discuss it with the team)) About the Benefits 40,000–60,000THB About the company Product & Service: Manufacturing optical components and fiber products Business Type: Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components; <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 27 - 35 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมสื่อสารไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โฟโตนิกส์ ทัศนศาสตร์ ฟิสิกส์ วิศวกรรมแสง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมีประสบการณ์ในงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี - ยินดีต้อนรับปริญญาโทสาขาวิศวกรรมสื่อสารไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, โฟโตนิกส์, ทัศนศาสตร์, ฟิสิกส์, วิศวกรรมแสง โดยไม่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานก็ยินดีรับ - ภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสูง (ใช้สำหรับการสื่อสารภายในและภายนอก การนำเสนอ และรายงาน) <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ประสบการณ์การวิจัยหรือประสบการณ์ในฐานะผู้ช่วยวิจัย (ในหัวข้อ/สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง) - มีทักษะการเขียนโค้ด ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : การสนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : การสนทนา สถานที่ทำงาน: อุทัย จ.พระนครศรีอยุธยา เวลาทำการ: 8:30-17:30 น.(จันทร์-ศุกร์ (ทำงานวันเสาร์: ตามปฏิทินบริษัท ปีนี้ 1 วัน) (มีนโยบาย WFH แต่ต้องหารือกับทีมงาน) เกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ 40,000–60,000 บาท เกี่ยวกับบริษัท ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ: การผลิตส่วนประกอบด้านแสงและผลิตภัณฑ์ไฟเบอร์ ประเภทธุรกิจ: อุปกรณ์กึ่งตัวนำ / อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ / ชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
