Job Description
<Job responsibilities>
- Design and optimization of manufacturing processes
- Implement and Management of equipment & machinery
- Improve Production line
- Work on cost reduction in Production line
- Quality control and improvement
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving when troubles occur
- Respond inquiries from other departments
- Establish standardized Work procedures
- Safety Management in Production line
- Manage Production Planning and coordination
- Communicate with other departments(Production control, QAQC and Sales etc)
- Other related tasks as assigned
(In the future)
- Translate and Interpret between Japanese manager and Thai staffs.
- Attend meetings with Japanese HQ by interpreter etc
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years as production engineering in Japanese manufacturing company
- Basic level of Japanese
- Willing to promote to upper position in the future as leader
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Business level of Japanese
Language Skill
English level : Basic
Japanese level : Basic
Workplace Area: Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Saturday working: every two weeks*Depends on company calendar)
