Production Engineer (30K-50K) (JO-180418-153952)
Work outline: Responsible for the production process and ensure that all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality, by using the appropriate technology.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Production improvement & Process Engineering KAIZEN
Productivity press part & spot welding (Stamping machines; tandem press, progressive press) (Welding machines; spot/projection, Co2welding).
Control production systems and maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process, observing control points and equipment.
Ensure that the production meet the quality specification by establishing process specification agreed with Quality standard and process control.
Make sure safety system and process defined by the company is operated efficiently.
Problem solving and improvement process activity.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, 25-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or related filed.
2-5 years working in Automotive part press system, Press M/C and Assembly
Advanced knowledge of Automation PLC. (programmable logic controller)
Logical thinking and analytic thinking
Effective Communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and time constraint.
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Suvarnabhumi Airport
Working Hour: 8:00-17:20 *including 1h20min break time (Mon-Sat) Saturday is holiday once a month
