Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Review and manage production capacity and planning. - Oversee and control production line operations. - Manage, train, and develop production staff. - Analyze non-conformance (NG) results and implement preventive measures. - Establish and standardize procedures, including horizontal deployment. - Monitor and resolve issues from in-process reports. - Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management. - Ensure compliance with ISO standards and requirements.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electric Engineer, Electronic Engineer, or Engineer in any field. - At least 3 years of experience in a Production Control role with subordinates in the electronics or machinery industry. - Have experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001. - Conversational middle level of English (Report, Email) - Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience with Relay switch product - Be able to join immediately
