<Number of employees :Total:33 Local:36 Japanese:3 > <Report Line: Thai Manager > <Team Member: No other member> <Number of Subordinates: None > <Products: Automotive Metal Press Parts > <Clients: Automotive Tier1 supplier > <Saturday Working: None > <Position Objective/Expectation > - Control the production process to meet company targets. <Job Responsibilities> - Ensure production targets and deadlines are met efficiently. - Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards. - Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with related departments to resolve them. - Ensure that safety policies and procedures are strictly followed. - Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance performance and productivity. - Report production results and problems to the Production Supervisor/Manager. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices. - Maintain proper documentation and records related to production.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Business level of Japanese (N1 or N2 only) - At least 3years experience of Japanese interpreter in manufacturing company - Can commute by yourself (No have company bus, only commuting allowance) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Graduate from Japan University or high school, study in Japan long time - Have experiene representative Japanese interpreter - Mindset of helping and support to Japanese MD
