Production Control Senior Staff
(25K – 40K) (SDG-75177)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for production control, planning, and manpower management
• Management production control to ensure that plan is going smoothly
• Making a report of production, inventory to management
• To train your subordinates to make better production
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints, then conduct Kaizen activity to improve production
• Taking care safety activities in the factory
• Manage team with smooth operation.
• Other assigned tasks
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-39 years
• Higher than college diploma in engineering
• At least 5 years experience as production control in automotive, machinery, electrical parts industry or any related to our product
• Having experience of Kaizen, Manpower management
• Basic level of English for internal communication
• Able to commute by him/herself
• Having experience in same industry is preferable
• Having CAD knowledge (Any software) is preferable

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri <Saturday Working: Every other Saturday ( During probation period, every week) >)

เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมการผลิตอาวุโส

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• รับผิดชอบในการควบคุมการผลิต การวางแผน และการจัดการกำลังคน
• บริหารจัดการควบคุมการผลิตเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าแผนงานดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
• จัดทำรายงานการผลิต สินค้าคงคลัง ให้ฝ่ายบริหาร
• เพื่อฝึกอบรมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาของคุณเพื่อให้การผลิตดีขึ้น
• แก้ไขปัญหาหรือข้อร้องเรียนใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น จากนั้นดำเนินกิจกรรมไคเซ็นเพื่อปรับปรุงการผลิต
• ดูแลกิจกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยในโรงงาน
• บริหารทีมงานด้วยการทำงานที่ราบรื่น
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 30-39 ปี
• สูงกว่าอนุปริญญาสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการควบคุมการผลิตในยานยนต์ เครื่องจักร อุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนไฟฟ้า หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของเรา
• มีประสบการณ์ Kaizen การจัดการกำลังคน
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐานสำหรับการสื่อสารภายใน
• เดินทางไปทำงานเองได้
• มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมเดียวกันจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความรู้ด้าน CAD (ซอฟต์แวร์ใดก็ได้) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• ภาษาอังกฤษ : พื้นฐาน
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี

เวลาทำงาน: 8:00-17:00 น. (จันทร์-ศุกร์ <วันเสาร์ทำงาน : ทุกวันเสาร์เว้นเสาร์ ( ช่วงทดลองงาน ทุกสัปดาห์) >)
