เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมฝ่ายการผลิต ระดับอาวุโส
<Job Responsibilities>
- This position needs to have training in Pinthong around 3 months
- Be responsible for production control, planning, and manpower management
- Management production control to ensure that plan is going smoothly
- Making a report of production, inventory to management
- To train your subordinates to make better production
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints, then conduct Kaizen activity to improve production
- Taking care safety activities in the factory
- Manage team with smooth operation.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-39 years old
- Higher than college diploma in engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience as production control in any manufacturing company
- Having experience of Kaizen, Manpower management
- Basic level of English for internal communication
- Able to commute by him/herself
- Able to have training in Pinthong factory around 3 months (Accommodation will be provided)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having experience in same industry
- Having CAD knowledge (Any software)

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ตำแหน่งนี้จะต้องมีการฝึกอบรมที่ปิ่นทองประมาณ 3 เดือน
- รับผิดชอบการควบคุมการผลิตการวางแผนและการจัดการกำลังคน
- ควบคุมการจัดการการผลิตเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าแผนการดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
- จัดทำรายงานการผลิตสินค้าคงคลังเพื่อการจัดการ
- ฝึกอบรมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาของคุณเพื่อให้การผลิตดีขึ้น
- แก้ไขปัญหาหรือข้อร้องเรียนใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากนั้นดำเนินกิจกรรมไคเซ็นเพื่อปรับปรุงการผลิต
- ดูแลกิจกรรมความปลอดภัยในโรงงาน
- จัดการทีมด้วยการทำงานที่ราบรื่น
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-39 ปี
- สูงกว่าอนุปริญญาวิทยาลัยสาขาวิศวกรรม
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการควบคุมการผลิตใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิตใด ๆ
- มีประสบการณ์ Kaizen การจัดการกำลังคน
- ระดับภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐานสำหรับการสื่อสารภายใน
- สามารถเดินทางด้วยตนเอง
- สามารถเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่โรงงานปิ่นทองได้ประมาณ 3 เดือน (จัดหาที่พัก)
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมเดียวกัน
- มีความรู้ CAD (ซอฟต์แวร์ใด ๆ )
