Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee and manage production resources including manpower, equipment, and materials. - Monitor and control the recreational vehicle assembly process to align with daily/weekly production plans. - Develop, update, and document detailed work instructions (SOPs) for various production stages (e.g., chassis assembly, interior installation, electrical wiring, final inspection). - Conduct process analysis and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. - Generate and maintain production reports and documentation, recording outputs, yields, defect rates, and downtime. - Analyze production data and non-conformance issues to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Coordinate daily operations with cross-functional departments such as Supply Chain/Logistics, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Engineering. - Assist in new model introductions (NPI) or process changes, ensuring smooth integration into the production line. - Perform other assigned tasks related to production engineering.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in engineering (any field). - At least 1 year of experience as a production control or production process engineer. - Driving license. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Hard Skills: Not explicitly specified beyond engineering degree and driving license. - Soft Skills: Cooperative and responsible attitude; Critical thinking skills; Excellent time management skills.
