Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan and control daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on orders and material availability. - Coordinate with production, quality control, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery. - Analyze production capacity, lead time, and material requirements to optimize workflow and minimize downtime. - Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when necessary. - Prepare and manage Order Sheets and BOM (Bill of Materials). - Coordinate with overseas suppliers regarding material purchasing, quotations, price negotiations, and shipment schedules. - Handle import documentation and ensure compliance with international purchasing standards. - Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments in both English and Japanese. - Translate and prepare reports, purchase orders, and production documents in Japanese when required. - Support cost control, supplier evaluation, and process improvement activities. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Japanese Studies, International Business, or a related field. - Fresh graduates are also welcome - At least 1 year of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, or Purchasing - Conversational high in Japanese at JLPT N3 or above, ability to communicate with Japanese suppliers or management. (document translation, interpreting, and email writing) - Conversational middle in English to communicate with internal - Able to use MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Knowledge of production control methodologies and tools. - Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards. - Knowledge of leather bag manufacturing processes and materials is an advantage.
