Duties & Responsibility:
(Work Outline): Control all purchasing jobs with assignment from other departments
(Product): New agricultural equipment (Mini excavator)
(Client): Dealers/distributor in Thailand
Ensure and motivate team to work as policy
Ensure and encourage team to work in the same direction to create teamwork environment
Supervise and manage all work process of purchasing department from both tactical and strategic aspect
Responsible in new supplier sourcing and supplier management for both domestic and oversea
Comprehend the international procurement scheme and also create new SOP for operation improvement
Responsible for managing internal physical inventory and overlook overall operation of factory material store
Preparing annual budget, monitoring all operating expense and also monthly and annually cost saving plan
Supervising all subordinates within department
Qualifications:
[Must]
Male or female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Ecomics or in any related fields.
Good Presentation skill with strong in leadership skill
Knowledgeable in Principle of Purchasing Procedure/ ISO Knowledge/ KPI Action
Good command of English
At least 5 years’ experiences in purchasing management with manufacturing knowledge
[Prefer]
Have driving license
Japanese will be an advantage
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Japanese: Conversational Level (prefer)
Workplace Area: Ladkrabang Industrial estate
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (8:30-17:30) (work on Saturday 2 times per month)
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000-60,000 THB/ Month
