Production Control Assistant Manager - Manager
(40K – 60K) (SDG-59304)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for production planning and make sure its deliver as confirmed schedule
• To make a plan, control, and standardize of production
• Control production line run smoothly
• Coordinate monthly production workflow for every products
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
• Address issues and consider solutions when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports
• To make a managerial decision
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Bachelor's degree in engineer
• Have experience at least 5 years as Production Planning from Electronic field
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Production Planning from Electronic field
• To understand the production line well
• Able to use excel well
• Advance conversation low level of English
• Having experience in a company which has more than 1,000 employee as management
• Having working experience of PCBA

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รับผิดชอบในการวางแผนการผลิตและตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าส่งมอบตามกำหนดการที่ได้รับการยืนยัน
•จัดทำแผนควบคุมและกำหนดมาตรฐานการผลิต
•ควบคุมสายการผลิตให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
•ประสานงานขั้นตอนการผลิตประจำเดือนสำหรับทุกผลิตภัณฑ์
•วางแผนและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของการดำเนินงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดและล่าช้าน้อยที่สุด
•กำหนดกำลังคนอุปกรณ์และวัตถุดิบที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้ครอบคลุมความต้องการในการผลิต
•มอบหมายคนงานและเจ้าหน้าที่คนอื่น ๆ เพื่อดำเนินการผลิตโดยเฉพาะ
•ตรวจสอบงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าจะเสร็จทันเวลาและภายในงบประมาณ
•แก้ไขปัญหาและพิจารณาแนวทางแก้ไขเมื่อเกิดขึ้นโดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้เกิดการหยุดชะงักน้อยที่สุด
•รับข้อมูลผลลัพธ์ (จำนวนผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปเปอร์เซ็นต์ของข้อบกพร่อง ฯลฯ )
•จัดทำและส่งรายงานสถานะและประสิทธิภาพ
•การตัดสินใจเชิงบริหาร
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-45 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรม
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในด้านการวางแผนการผลิตจากสาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในด้านการวางแผนการผลิตจากสาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
•เข้าใจสายการผลิตเป็นอย่างดี
•สามารถใช้ excel ได้ดี
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนา
•มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทที่มีพนักงานมากกว่า 1,000 คนเป็นผู้บริหาร
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานของ PCBA
