Production Control Leader @Prachinburi (25K-29K) (SDG-54322)
หัวหน้าควบคุมการผลิต
<Job Responsibilities>
- Create production plan and develop working processes in production line
- Control and lead production operator to achieve production target
- Manage the amount of material inventory, product inventory and work in process goods by using ERP system(Mcframe)
- Estimate the amount of of material and order the materials for each order from client
- Monitor all process flow to ensure that the process are in control
- Manage material delivery from oversea
- Other tasks as assigned
- This company want this position to be assistant manager in the near future
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in Production Control in any manufacturing industry
- Able to create production plan by own
- Able to use ERP system (Mcframe is preferable)
- Able to estimate the amount of material for each purchase order
- At least 1 year experience in BOI or Import & Export
- Basic Level of English ( Be able to reading and writing )

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- สร้างแผนการผลิตและพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานในสายการผลิต
- ควบคุมและนำผู้ประกอบการผลิตเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการผลิต
- จัดการปริมาณของวัสดุคงคลัง, สินค้าคงคลังสินค้าและทำงานในสินค้ากระบวนการโดยใช้ระบบ ERP (Mcframe)
- ประเมินปริมาณวัสดุและสั่งซื้อวัสดุสำหรับการสั่งซื้อแต่ละครั้งจากลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบการไหลของกระบวนการทั้งหมดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการอยู่ในการควบคุม
- จัดการการส่งมอบวัสดุจากต่างประเทศ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- บริษัท นี้ต้องการตำแหน่งนี้เป็นผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการในอนาคตอันใกล้
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 28-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีด้านการควบคุมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
- สามารถสร้างแผนการผลิตได้ด้วยตัวเอง
- สามารถใช้ระบบ ERP ได้ (ควรเลือกใช้ Mcframe)
- สามารถประมาณปริมาณวัสดุสำหรับใบสั่งซื้อแต่ละรายการ
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีด้าน BOI หรือการนำเข้าและส่งออก
- ระดับภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน (สามารถอ่านและเขียนได้)
