Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
Production Planning
- Develop and implement detailed production plans to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and manufacturing teams to forecast demand and plan production capacity accordingly.
- Monitor material availability and production resources to ensure timely execution of plans.
Production Control
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure output aligns with the production plan.
- Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules as needed to maintain productivity and quality.
Supplier Management (Control of Suppliers)
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery reliability.
Handling Unexpected Problems
- Respond promptly to unexpected issues such as machine breakdowns, material shortages, or quality concerns.
- Identify root causes, propose corrective actions, and coordinate cross-functional solutions to minimize production downtime.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in production planning and control from automobile companies
- Conversational middle level in English (To communicate with supplier, documents and E-mail)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Negotiation skills and production planning skills
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Supplier management skills

- Knowledge of specifications for automotive accessories
- Japanese automobile companies
