Production Control Assistant Supervisor - Supervisor (35K – 40K) (SDG-107445) ผู้ช่วยหัวหน้างาน-หัวหน้างานฝ่ายควบคุมการผลิต Duties & Responsibilities: • Create plans, control standardize of production. • Track progress on KPIs and take corrective measures. • Improve and develop production processes to be efficient in order to increase productivity at reasonable costs. • Organize training courses for subordinates Check training attendance and evaluate training results. • Control the working hours and overtime of the production line employees. • Other tasks as assigned. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: • สร้างแผน และควบคุมมาตรฐานการผลิต • ติดตามความคืบหน้าของ KPI และดำเนินการแก้ไข • ปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตด้วยต้นทุนที่เหมาะสม • จัดหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา ตรวจสอบการเข้าอบรมและประเมินผลการอบรม • ควบคุมเวลาทำงานและค่าล่วงเวลาของพนักงานในสายการผลิต • งานอื่นๆ ตามที่มอบหมาย
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 30-40 years • Any gender • Bachelor’s degree in engineering field. • Have working experience at least 5 years in Production Control in Electronics or Automotive (related to electronics product) manufacturing industry. • Experience position Asst supervisor or supervisor more than 3 years related to the job duties factory production line. • Advanced conversation low-middle level of English • Have knowledge of ISO 9001,5S, QCC, Safety, Kaizen, problem analysis and prevention methods to maintain good performance. • Able to understand manual and preventive maintenance drawings/systems/Statistical Process Control (SPC). • Assembly process is preferable.
