Production Control Assistant Manager
(42K – 46K) (SDG-62698)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create a plan, control, and standardize of production.
• Control production line run smoothly.
• Coordinate monthly production workflow for every products.
• Solve the problem that happen in production line.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-42 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Have working experience at least 8 years about Production Control in any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Production Control Supervisor or higher in any manufacturing industry
• Conversational middle level of English
• Able to work under pressure
• Have TOEIC more than 500 is preferable

• สร้างแผน ควบคุม และสร้างมาตรฐานการผลิต
• ควบคุมสายการผลิตให้ทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น
• ประสานงานขั้นตอนการผลิตรายเดือนสำหรับทุกผลิตภัณฑ์
• แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิต
• วางแผนและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของการดำเนินงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดและความล่าช้าขั้นต่ำ
• กำหนดกำลังคน อุปกรณ์ และวัตถุดิบที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้ครอบคลุมความต้องการในการผลิต
• มอบหมายคนงานและพนักงานคนอื่น ๆ ให้กับการดำเนินการผลิตเฉพาะ
• ตรวจสอบงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าจะเสร็จทันเวลาและภายในงบประมาณ
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 35-42 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 8 ปีเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าควบคุมการผลิตหรือสูงกว่าในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ
• สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลาง
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
• มี TOEIC มากกว่า 500 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
