Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan and control production schedules based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, and production capacity. - Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and order fulfillment. - Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to maintain optimal stock levels. - Coordinate with procurement and suppliers regarding material purchasing, delivery schedules, and stock replenishment. - Control and manage warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound inventory movements. - Monitor production progress and adjust production plans when necessary to minimize delays and shortages. - Prepare and analyze production control reports, inventory reports, and delivery performance data. - Coordinate closely with production, engineering, quality assurance, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations. - Improve production planning efficiency, inventory accuracy, and logistics processes to reduce operational costs. - Lead, train, and supervise production control staff and warehouse team members. - Support ERP system operation and ensure accurate data management in the production control system. - Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields - At least 5 years of experience in Production Control, Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Logistics functions in a manufacturing company (Industrial Products). - Conversational-middle in English (For e-mail and documents). <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Proficient in ERP and production control systems. - Proficient in basic computer programs. - Ability to read technical drawings and understand electronic product specifications. - Experience in team management. - Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and quality management systems. - Skills in production planning, personnel management, and cost control. - Experience in cost control and production planning optimization. - Can join immediately or with a short period of notice. - Conversational middle level of English language skills (for email/documentation).
