Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Make production plan based on sales forecasts and machine performance
- Check the raw material and packaging for production plan
- Propose production plan and capacity to factory manager and meeting with relevant agencies
- Supplier management
- Manage subordinates
- Follow up the production plan and prepare a summary of the planned results
- Check daily production plan to correspond with the delivery plan.
- Report and fix problems to ensure delivery according to the plan of every customer
- Coordinate and control production plans for new products and Trial
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female age 35 – 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- More than 7 years of working experience in production control field in manufacturing/ plastic parts or automotive industries
- Management experience for more than 1 year
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Using experience of SAP
- Good knowledge in Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational level of English

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดทำแผนการผลิตตามการคาดการณ์ยอดขายและประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักร
- ตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์สำหรับแผนการผลิต
- เสนอแผนการผลิตและกำลังการผลิตต่อผู้จัดการโรงงานและประชุมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- การจัดการซัพพลายเออร์
- จัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- ติดตามแผนการผลิตและจัดทำสรุปผลตามแผน
- ตรวจสอบแผนการผลิตประจำวันเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับแผนการจัดส่ง
- รายงานและแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อให้การจัดส่งเป็นไปตามแผนของลูกค้าทุกราย
- ประสานงานและควบคุมแผนการผลิตสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่และการทดลองใช้
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 35 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานมากกว่า 7 ปีในสาขาควบคุมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต / ชิ้นส่วนพลาสติกหรือยานยนต์
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานมากกว่า 1 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่น
- ใช้ประสบการณ์ของ SAP
- มีความรู้ด้านการวางแผนความต้องการวัสดุ (MRP) เป็นอย่างดี
