Production Control Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking)
(46K – 52K) (SDG-59542)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create a plan, control, and standardize of production.
• Control production line run smoothly.
• Coordinate monthly production workflow for every products.
• Solve the problem that happen in production line.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-40 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Have working experience at least 5 years about Production Control in any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Production Control Supervisor or higher in any manufacturing industry
• Advanced conversational middle level of Japanese (Must have JLPT N3)
• Advanced conversation middle level of English (Not require TOEIC)
• Able to work under pressure

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดทำแผนควบคุมและกำหนดมาตรฐานการผลิต
•ควบคุมสายการผลิตให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
•ประสานงานขั้นตอนการผลิตประจำเดือนสำหรับทุกผลิตภัณฑ์
•แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิต
•วางแผนและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของการดำเนินงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดและล่าช้าน้อยที่สุด
•กำหนดกำลังคนอุปกรณ์และวัตถุดิบที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้ครอบคลุมความต้องการในการผลิต
•มอบหมายคนงานและเจ้าหน้าที่คนอื่น ๆ เพื่อดำเนินการผลิตโดยเฉพาะ
•ตรวจสอบงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าจะเสร็จทันเวลาและภายในงบประมาณ
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-40 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีเกี่ยวกับ Production Control ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่ง Production Control Supervisor หรือสูงกว่าในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
•การสนทนาขั้นสูงระดับกลางของภาษาญี่ปุ่น (ต้องมี JLPT N3)
•สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลางขั้นสูง (ไม่ต้องใช้ TOEIC)
•สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
