Production Control Assistant Manager (JP)
(40K – 50K) (SDG-63445)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายควบคุมการผลิต (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Planning and organizing monthly production schedule by following company’s strategy and client’s request
• Control all production process and the schedule of each production
• Prepare and monitoring the production control plan
• Check machine conditions and control production power
• Analysis the trouble and problem of production and set PDCA to prevent that problems
• Manage and train subordinates in production team, monitor everyone's performance and give proper advises for improvement
• Help interpreting between Japanese production manager and other Thai staff
• Translate documents when it's necessary
• Other assigned tasks
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Have Bachelor degree in engineering field or any other related field
• At least 5 year's working experience in production management or production control in Japanese manufacturing company (Automotive, Machine, Electrical parts industry )
• At least 1 year working experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor Level
• Advanced conversation middle level of Japanese (Equivalent level with N3, be able to communicate with Japanese smoothly)
• Advanced conversation middle middle of English
• Good understanding of Japanese working culture
• Be able to commute to work by themselves
• Can work under pressure
• Have N2 up is preferable

• English : Conversational

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• วางแผนและจัดตารางการผลิตรายเดือนตามกลยุทธ์ของบริษัทและคำขอของลูกค้า
• ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตและกำหนดการผลิตแต่ละครั้ง
• จัดทำและติดตามแผนควบคุมการผลิต
• ตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักรและควบคุมกำลังการผลิต
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและปัญหาในการผลิต และกำหนด PDCA เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาดังกล่าว
• บริหารจัดการและฝึกอบรมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในทีมผลิต ติดตามผลงานของทุกคน และให้คำแนะนำในการปรับปรุงอย่างเหมาะสม
• ช่วยล่ามระหว่างผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิตชาวญี่ปุ่นและพนักงานชาวไทยคนอื่นๆ
• แปลเอกสารเมื่อจำเป็น
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 30-40 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในด้านการจัดการการผลิตหรือการควบคุมการผลิตในบริษัทผู้ผลิตของญี่ปุ่น (ยานยนต์, เครื่องจักร, อุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนไฟฟ้า )
• ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการหรือหัวหน้างาน
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนา
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา(ระดับเทียบเท่ากับ N3 สามารถสื่อสารกับภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้อย่างราบรื่น)
• เข้าใจวัฒนธรรมการทำงานของญี่ปุ่นเป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานเองได้
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
• มี N2 ขึ้นไปจะดีกว่า
