<Job Responsibilities> - Analyze work processes and identify areas for improvement - Control and supervise work within the production section - Control and monitor work operations to ensure they meet the required standards - Prepare and implement work instructions for production operations - Plan and manage work activities to achieve the production targets - Coordinate and communicate with other departments - Control and monitor production quality - Prepare and control checking lists for work processes - Supervise employees to ensure that they follow work procedures and requirements - Inspect and monitor product quality and ensure compliance with the required standards
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Science, Engineer or a related field - At least 2 years of experience in Production and Production Planning from manufacturing company (Preferable Automotive, Electronics, Machinery or industrial products) - Experience in management subordinates <In details> - Daily conversation in English - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Direct expereice of Stell wire - Experience in Japanese comapny - Conversation Middle or High in English
